BOSS Centre is located in a stunning heritage listed building in central Midland, with free parking and easy access to public transport.
We have kitchen facilities, secure storage, whizzy wifi and a break-out/meeting room space.
Upstairs are private offices for lease on flexible terms with their own lounge, kitchen and bathroom facilities, and even a separate entrance and address.

We also have a lounge, kitchen and outdoor space for those times when you want to get away from your desk.
Co-working Membership costs only $60/week and there is no tie-in minimum contract. We also have a day rate of $15 if you prefer to simply drop in when you need to.
Our training / meeting room can seat around 20 people, and has a separate annex room for break-out sessions. We supply a screen, whiteboard and projector.
The meeting room is $25/hour to hire. You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities for teas, coffee and water, and we can help you with refreshments and lunches if needed.
Private Offices - Top Floor Membership
Imagine having a prestigious office, without the high-end price tag. You can locate your business in a gorgeous historical building, with a separate luxury entrance, and bathroom with shower.
Prices for the private offices range from $500-$750 month, depending on size.

All of our facilities include free parking, utilities, cleaning and NBN wifi.
For our Memberships (Co-Working and Top Floor), we offer the following options:
One month FREE rent with a 12-month contract.
Two weeks’ FREE rent with a 6-month contract.
Or simply go month to month for the most flexibility.

The History of our Building
12 Cale Street housed the Bank of WA from 1904 to 1929. You can see many of the original features, such as the bank vault / strong room with the locking mechanism still in place. Downstairs is where the Manager’s Office and main bank hall were located, and this is now our co-working space - a gorgeous, bright room with high ceilings and funky modern tables.
The upper floor was the Bank Manager’s residence, where he lived with his family. This is now our Top Floor private offices, which have their own lounge, kitchen area and bathroom (complete with bath and shower). There is also a separate entrance (and even has a separate address even though it’s the same building!), with a stunning sweeping staircase that goes up to the Top Floor offices.
In the 1950s, our building was the local Police Station and you can see from some of the heritage photos that it temporarily had a balcony during this period.
The current owner, a local retired surveyor, bought this heritage listed building in 2000, and it housed his successful surveying company and its 45 employees until he retired a few years ago.
We are SO excited to be bringing this corner of Midland back to life and contributing to a new chapter in its history.
